My husband and I have an air conditioner that was built in 1983. Tim has taken care of it for about 4 years now. We do not want to replace it because we are not intending to stay in the area for much longer. Tim has done a great job keeping it running. It is now in need of a couple of motors and Tim will be the one to replace them as he has been honest and very fair in our dealings with him. He is knowledgeable, always polite, in good humor (that we see) and clean – never a bad thing.
