Inland Valley Air Filtration Solutions
No one likes to have allergies. In fact, it can be the cause of a lot of grief. It is estimated that 1 in 5 Americans have been affected by an allergy. And if you find yourself allergic to one thing, it is more likely than not that you will develop an allergy to something else. Which is not the best news. If it is a food allergy, you do your best to avoid that food. However, if the allergen is airborne it is a bit harder to avoid. But it is possible to implement a few different systems that can be helpful. We can help you chose a new air filtration system that will help to lower the amount of dust mites, dander, molds, dust, smoke and other particles that can travel through your heating and air conditioning systems.
One filtration solution is to remove the particles by mechanical air filters. All HVAC systems have filters in them. Which you will want to change regularly. How often you change it will be dictated by the type of HVAC system that you have. But there are other options to look at as well if allergies are a concern. You can invest in an electronic filter. This system pulls air in and a high voltage current charges the particles that are brought in. The electronically charged air then passes through collector plates. Because the particles are charged they will stick to the plates like a magnet. There are also different gas-phase air filters that can be used to get rid of toxic gases, however some of these cleaners will release ozone gas which can be a lung irritant.
You will need to research a bit more to find out what will work best for you and for your family. But you will always have us here at Inland Valley Heating and Air Conditioning to help you. We are more than happy to meet with you and to run through all of your options. We want your home to be a safe place for you and for your lungs.
